FAQ

Q1 – Where do you ship from?
We’re located in Nova Scotia, Canada so all of our orders ship out from the city of Halifax!
Q2 – How long will my order take to arrive?
We’re located in Canada so orders generally take 2-4 weeks to arrive to Canada or the USA, while international destinations can take up to 3 months. These times are longer during the holiday season. All calendar shipments include tracking and insurance!
Q3 – Why don’t calendars ship next day?
Our calendars are all assembled by hand. This means that we print every page individually, punch out the holes for hanging and binding, then organize and coil bind each collection of pages into a single calendar. Because this process can take a long time, and because we receive so many orders during the holiday season, it often means that calendars can take up to 7-10 business days for an order to be placed, produced and shipped out.
Q4 – Why do small items not include a tracking number when shipped?
To keep shipping costs low we ship our small paper based products using standard letter mail shipping. This means that we put the product in an envelope with a regular stamp and is not scanned upon arrival at post offices/ sorting facilities. If you require tracking for your small product order please just reach out and ask us about upgrading to tracked registered mail.
Q5 – Can I write on the calendar?
Our calendars are printed on matte photo paper which means they aren’t glossy and don’t have issues with smudging ink! You can write on them with pencil, pen or marker (we’ve tested a few pages with Sharpie and find it doesn’t usually bleed through, but just to be safe maybe stick to non-permanent markers and pens.)
Q6 – Are you ever going to make a calendar for X?
We’re always thinking about new calendar ideas, but because each calendar can take 12-16 weeks to complete we don’t have the time to make very many new ones each year. If you’ve got a cool idea for something you’d like to see don’t hesitate to reach out!
